It took me until I was level 67 to get my Warlock mount (which is cheaper again), although I was able to get my flying mount 5 minutes after turning 70. Since hitting 70, I have had times where I'm rolling with 1000+ Gold, and also where I have to go farm some greys to get repaired. It's weird.
